• Obtaining a lower rate
If you are on your lender’s standard rate we may well be able to save you money. If you’re not sure what your rate is, call us anyway. As we have access to a large panel of lenders our aim will be to arrange a suitable mortgage with a lower rate than your current mortgage.
• Capital raising
Releasing equity can be an effective way of raising low cost finance for home improvements, a deposit for a holiday home or Buy to let, school fees or start up capital for a business. If consolidating debts, you may reduce payments but this will often increase the overall cost and the debt secured on your home. We will run through the options with you.
• Removing a partner
Breaking up where there is a joint mortgage may need a remortgage as existing lenders are often reluctant to remove parties to a mortgage. Again, we will be pleased to advise on your options.
